The Federation is a properly constituted organisation with the Officers of President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and Committee.
Three member meetings are held per year together with an annual general meeting.
In addition training sessions are held regularly to ensure that changes of protocol and high standards of service are maintained.
